蜂蜜杯子小蛋糕食谱
温度:1700C

材料:
沙拉油。。。。20g
蜂蜜。。。。。30g
全蛋。。。。。2粒
细砂糖。。。。20g
低筋粉。。。。50g
泡打粉。。。。1/4小匙
做法:

做法:
1。沙拉油与蜂蜜一起隔水加热,用汤匙搅拌均匀。
2。全蛋加砂糖用搅拌器搅打,颜色会由深至浅。快速打至颜色变成乳白色。捞起后滴落的蛋糊呈线条状,不会立刻消失。然后再打多1分钟。
3。同时筛入低筋粉和泡打粉

5。用打蛋器从容器的底部刮起,拌至无颗粒状。改用橡皮刮刮均匀边缘。
4。再用汤匙把面糊舀入纸模内约8分满,放下室温下静置5分钟,170'c再送入烤箱烤15分钟。
5。当当!!出炉啦!
Honey Cup Cake
Ingredients :
2 eggs (about 120g)Room temperature
20g Caster sugar
50g Low Protein flour
30g honey
20g oil
1/4tsp Baking Powder
Direction:
1)
*Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F) 17-18min
2)mix oil and honey in a heat resistant mixing bowl and place the mixing bowl over the smalll pot of water.
3)Place the eggs and fine sugar beat until the egg mixture reach ribbon stage.
This process takes about 8 to 10 minutes.
4)Remove the mixing bowl from the pot of warm water.
5)Loosen the flour using an hand whisk.
6)Start
to fold in the flour in 2 lots.
Do not over stir the batter to prevent
building up of gluten which will give the cake a firmer texture.
7)Fold in the milk mixture from (2) and melted butter from (3).
Scrap the side and bottom of the mixing bowl to prevent the liquid from settling at the bottom and flour at the side.
8)Pour the batter into the cupcake moulds to reach 8/10 of the height.
9)Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven set at 170 degree Celsius for 17 to 18 minutes, or till the surface turns golden.
