香酥鸡柳搭蚝油酱
1)用鸡腿洗净腌蚝油一个晚上，第二天把鸡腿去骨切小，
肉块沾蛋液在沾面包糠拿去煎直金黄色~
酱汁:
酱油一汤匙，糖一小匙，粟粉一汤匙，水适量
(拌均匀倒入锅里煮稠淋上鸡柳就可以了)
