千层杏仁条
-可做成20条
- 现成千层酥皮 4片(10cm x 10cm)
- 杏仁片 50g
- 细糖 适量
- 蛋液 1个
- 先把现成千层酥皮从冷冻库拿出来放室温5分钟。
- 在现成千层酥皮 上刷上一层蛋液, 在撒上细糖。
- 再放些杏仁片。
- 用擀面棍轻轻压在表面, 把杏仁片和细糖都按到面皮里。
- 翻面,用同个方法, 刷蛋液,撒细糖,擀面棍轻轻压。
- 用刀把它们切成长条。
- 捏起长条两段, 形成螺旋状。
- 排入烤盘, 放入预热200'C烤大概15-20分钟。
Almond Puff Pastry Sticks
- Ready-made puff pastry 4 pieces (10cm x 10cm)
- Almond flakes 50g
- Sugar 2Tbsp
- Egg (lightly beaten) 1
- Take the puff pastry from freezer to defrost it for about 5 minutes.
- Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle with some sugar.
- Then, add in some almond flakes on it.
- Using a rolling pin, lightly press down on the pastry to let the almond flakes and sugar stick to the pastry.
- Turn the pastry over and repeat the same steps as above.
- Cut the pastry into long stripes with a knife.
- By holding the two ends of pastry, twist them a bit and arrange on baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven at 200‘C for 15-20minutes.
