湿润巧克力蛋糕@Moist chocolate cake
(No egg,No Butter)
这款蛋糕非常适合新手学习
看了食谱就明白为什么了哦
对我来说巧克力味非常浓郁
口感却没有我所想的湿润
但是还是好吃啦
这是为了做给儿子的简单生日蛋糕
相信你们也一定会成功
湿润巧克力蛋糕食谱:
材料A
- 200克 面粉
- 200克 细砂糖
- 75克 无甜巧克力粉
- 4小匙 发粉
- 450ML 牛奶
- 35克 食油
- 1小匙 Vanilla Essence
- 适量 糖粉
做法:
1)预热烤箱160度
2)把材料A 全部混合过筛备用
3)在另一个碗把材料B混合均匀备用
4)把材料B徐徐倒入A里拌均成面糊
5)把面糊倒入蛋糕模里送入烤箱160度烤约40-60分钟直到插入不沾。
6)出炉口放在烤盘上放凉,约20分钟后才脱模。
7)把糖粉筛在蛋糕上做装饰
Moist chocolate cake
- 200 grams (1½ cup+2 tablespoons) all-purpose flour, sifted
- 200 grams (1 cup) granulated sugar
- 75 grams (2/3 cup + 1 tablespoon) unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 16 grams (4 teaspoons) baking powder
- 450 ml (1¾ cup+2 tablespoons) soy milk or dairy milk
- 35 grams (2½ tablespoons) vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Icing sugar (powder sugar) for dusting
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C (320 degrees F).
- In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients
- and stir until just combined with a wooden spoon.
- Don't over-mix!!!
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured 22 cm (8 inches) pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool the moist chocolate cake on a wire rack and dust with icing sugar before serving.
- Enjoy it!
